Centerity Systems is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to join our Product Support Team in Newton, MA. In this highly diverse role, you will serve as a high-level point-of-contact for customers using Centerity Monitoring Systems. – Leading pre-sales support and POC (proof-of-concept) processes for large projects.
– Creating & researching potential integrations into new technologies on the market (e.g storage, databases, etc.).
– Providing technical support for leading customers (organizations, not individuals).
– Handling American technical accounts.
– Managing application deployments of company’s solutions at large corporations.
– Attending customer-meetings regarding technical issues & solutions.
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / related area and 0-3 years of experience. – Good oral and written communication skills.
– Familiar with: Linux server management, MS Windows servers, VMware platform, SQL.
– Optional: Perl / Bash / VB / PS scripting.
– Good communication.
