Device & Application Monitoring

With Centerity Monitor, monitoring critical applications, databases, web servers, network devices and critical system-level services is a simple task. You can choose from any one of Centerity Monitor built-in monitors or quickly define your own custom probes in minutes. Hundreds of built-in hosts, service templates and profiles are included in Centerity Monitor and are easy to configure. Our motto is - Give us a device with IP and we will monitor and extract performance data and availability from it.

Network Services Monitoring

Check and query network services and store performance information for services and protocols: PING, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP (tls), POP3 (tls), IMAP (tls), NNTP, LDAP, Active Directory, Radius, TACACS, DNS (random queries / zone transfers), TCP protocols, UDP protocols, NTP, SSH, TELNET, IRC, SNMP, RPC, WINS, DHCP, IPX, APPLETALK, TACACS, TFTP, Terminal Servers (RDP).

UNIX/LINUX Monitoring

  • Agent Monitoring - Agent Monitoring - With ultra fast lightweight Centerity Monitor agent for UNIX (Solaris, HPUX, AIX, FreeBSD) / LINUX (Redhat, SuSe, Ubuntu, Slackware, Debian) systems extract data and information such as: CPU Usage, Load Average, Memory Usage, Disk Space, Swap, Logged users, Processes (detect zombies), Network Interfaces, Uptime, Sockets, Anomalies in Log files.
  • Agent Less monitoring - Monitor your entire network from the Centerity Monitor without the need of installing agents. Query information such as: CPU, Memory, Disk Space, Swap by TELNET or SSH (Password, Key). Connect to remote unreachable hosts through several SSH sessions to query data.

WINDOWS Monitoring

  • Agent Monitoring - Install easy to use lightweight Centerity Monitor agent and extract information from WINDOWS (NT/XP 2000/2003/Vista): CPU Load/Time, Memory/Ram, Disk Time/Space, File and Directories Age/Size, AD Replication, Roles, Running Services, SMB Shares, Event Logs Errors, FrontPage Server Extensions, Performance Counters Extract any information available in windows counters: IIS Online users, SQL SERVER / ORACLE Performance data, Connections to Microsoft media server and more.
  • Agent Less monitoring - Monitor your entire network from a single computer without the need of installing agents and setting permissions. CPU usage, Disks, Memory, Swap, Exchange (statistics for: Mailbox, Public folders, work queue), Microsoft SQL server (Transactions, Log wait, locks, buffer cache), Services.

SNMP Monitoring

Check and measure by using SNMP version 1/2c/3.
  • Operating Systems (Solaris, Linux, HP-UX, AIX) - CPU Usage, Disk Usage, Memory, System Information, Processes.
  • Routers, Switches and other Access devices - CPU, Memory, Traffic, Interface Statistics (Status, Errors, Packets, Discards), Protocols Status (BGP, Isis, Ospf, Pim, nsdp, VRRP).
  • Other Network Devices - Hardware temperatures, humidity , Printers, Cameras, Wireless Devices, SAN/NAS & storage devices (Netapp, emc, borcade), UPS, Backup Robots, Firewalls.

Databases Monitoring

Retrieve volatile information such: Network Connectivity, Table Space, Logs, Users, Threads and slow queries from various database vendors: ORACLE, MICROSOFT SQL, MYSQL, IBM DB2, SYBASE, INFORMIX and more.

Hardware Monitoring

Discover and detect hardware problems for devices such as Ups, Linux (Hardware Failures, IDE S.M.A.R.T, Sensors), Dell Open Manager, Compaq Hardware (Insight, Smart Array), Raid Controllers (such as Adaptec, Mylex), and Software Raid, Network Interfaces Cables, Solaris (Disksuite, Metadevice, Mirror), Veritas Volume Manager and disks status, and more.
