Sivan is responsible for all company HR aspects- Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee experience and Managerial development, while supporting the organization’s goals and strategy. Sivan’s mission is to ensure our employees are satisfied, productive, trained and are unleashing their full potential. She coaches and consults business leaders how to further develop their leadership skills and grow their teams. Sivan holds more than 15 years of experience in Technology recruitment and Employee Care in the Israeli Hi-tech industry. Prior to her current role, she was an HR & Recruitment manager at a Cyber company, and an HR Account manager at a Projects & Outsourcing company.
